There are two ways to edit the question content in Captivate question pool :
1. First way is by enabling custom workspace settings. You can enable workspace settings with these steps :
a.) Click on Edit>Preferences on top menu bar like this :
b.) After clicking preferences menu item following window will open :
c.) Enable the custom workspace checkbox under the Global Preferences.
d.) After setting up the docks and panels you will see the following screen :
There is one question pool tab. You can select any question from there which you want to edit. If you do not enable the custom workspace settings then this question pool tab is not shown on your screen but no worries you can follow the second method as well.
2. Follow these steps in this method :
a.) When you open captivate file you can see the quiz menu at the top. Click on quiz menu and select the submenu item Question Pool Manager:
b.) Here you will see the questions list :
c.) You can select any question to edit from here.
